• Candidate with BE (Mech) with around 15 to 20 Years of Experience in Machines shop  Production / Operations,


• Should be a learn leader and self given to achieve he Organizations goals and capable of handling team of Managers, Engineers and Operations and work closely with other Support  Functions.


• Should have hands on experience in Machining process including programming, selection of tools and fixturing.


• Knowledge on 5 axis machining will be an added advantage,


• Should have hands on experience in continuous improvement, OEE, TPM, SMED concepts, Quality Systems, SS and Safety Practices.


• Should have working knowledge about SOP, Control Plans, FMEA, SPC, 7 QC tools and should be able to adopt problem Solving Techniques in Machining areas.


• Should be well versant with PPAP and APCP Requirements,


• Knowledge on Inspection Techniques and able to guide the team in self Certifying the Products.
