Listener means you listen or hear somebody’s words.  It is necessary in profession and personal life also.  A successful man never talks much.  He is a good listener.  It collects others opinions, requirements.  Listeners job is to execute the requirements.  A good listener will become a good leader also.

A good listener has a quality of hearing others opinions.  It is a tough task.  Of course, tough may go, but the deeds stand permanently.  A leader will enjoy his life with lot of facilities.  It is a reward for his hard work.  Yah! So, listening also one of the part of success.  Success and happiness are stay together.

Some Good Qualities

If you want to become a good leader, cultivate some good qualities.  One of the quality is listening.  Implementation or execution is a tough task.  Be patience.  Be bold, Be clam, Nobody can sit on the leader’s chair.  Once you climb a tree,  you can’t sit on the top.  It is very difficult to maintain a success graph. But consistent effort may allow you to sit there.  Be happy, Listening is a good job.  You can met different people.  Collect their opinions.  You are chain between management and others.  You have become a public relation officer.

Security is the Quality or State of being secure or free from Danger.  Security means protecting the organizations assets from any type of intentional or unintentional harm.  Security is always multileveled or multilayered.

§        Operations Security

Operations Security is ensuring protection of all operations or series of activities.

§        Communication Security

Communication Security is giving protection to all communication medium in an organization.

§        Network Security

Network Security is protecting all network components, connections and the contents transferred in
the network.

§        Information Security

Information Security is securing information in all its three levels of operations (i.e) processing, storing and transmitting.

Conclusion

Every organization must implement and enforce effective information security policies with expert advice.
