Qualification and Experience
- Candidate with BE (Mech) with around 15 to 20 Years of Experience in Machines shop Production / Operations,
- Should be a learn leader and self given to achieve he Organizations goals and capable of handling team of Managers, Engineers and Operations and work closely with other Support Functions.
- Should have hands on experience in Machining process including programming, selection of tools and fixturing.
- Knowledge on 5 axis machining will be an added advantage,
- Should have hands on experience in continuous improvement, OEE, TPM, SMED concepts, Quality Systems, SS and Safety Practices.
- Should have working knowledge about SOP, Control Plans, FMEA, SPC, 7 QC tools and should be able to adopt problem Solving Techniques in Machining areas.
- Should be well versant with PPAP and APCP Requirements,
- Knowledge on Inspection Techniques and able to guide the team in self Certifying the Products.
Location
Job Location will be in the Plant.
Salary
Salary will not be a constraint for the Suitable Candidate and will be commensurate to experience and knowledge Outstation candidates willing to relocate along with family can also apply.
