- Principal
The candidate should possess the following attributes :
§ Outstanding school administration skills and education management skills.
§ 5+ Years of Experience as Principal in a CAIE Board /
§ Strong in Verbal and Written Communication skills.
§ Should have a Masters and a B.Ed degree.
· Vice Principal
§ Must have hands on experience working in a school running CAIE Board / CBSE Board.
§ Minimum 2 Years of Experience working in a school in a similar post.
§ Must be capable of managing the day to day operations of the school, training the teachers, monitoring academic and non-academic related work.
§ Should have experience conducting examinations for the CAIE / CBSE Board.
· Admissions Officer
§ Graduate with 3+ Years of Experience in similar field.
§ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Should be skilled in the usage of computers and databases.
· Primary Teachers
§ Must be a trained graduate with 3+ Years of Experience in Teaching in Cambridge Curriculum / CBSE Curriculum.
§ B.Ed is mandatory.
· Pre – Primary Teachers
§ Graduate with 3+ Years of Experience in Similar field.
Other Info
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for teaching and effective teaching techniques for all the teaching positions.
