In the Existing System all the operations are done manually. The existing system of operation has to be changed into an operation which overcomes the inabilities given below. The users in the concern send the mails, upload / Download data to and from their server through internet takes long time due to the heavy traffic. It is not possible for global data storage. Database cannot be exchanged. 

Limitations of the existing system 

The following are some of the limitations of the existing system. 

There are as follows. 

1. It is Impossible to host the project as Website, 
2. No direct methods for DB Conversion, 
3. Time Consuming, 
4. More storage area, 
5. Lack of Security of data, 
6. Separate process state occupies more memory space. 

Proposed System 

The Proposed System is a "Online Data and File Processing Efficiently". The primary objective
of the newly proposed system is to overcome the drawbacks of the existing system. The Proposed system has been developed by Front end and With Back End Technologies for the Developing System.

Advantages of the Proposed System 

The following are some of the advantages of the proposed system. 

There are as follows. 

• This system meets out the experience of the present trends in the software development and platforms.  This is a necessary aspect in the present IT scenario, which makes the company
  to fly in the greater heights. 
• This system has the faster processing speed than the existing system allows the user to perform more operations within a short span of time. 
• This also helps us to add data into website. 
• Security feature is taken into account and accuracy of operations is assured by this project is more than existing Project. 
• Less time consumption and less memory space. 
• Users can send mails to appropriate websites by storing the corresponding message in database and they can transmit the mail when the Internet Connection which minimize Internet Usage Charges. 
• Users can attach a file to the mail for which the user is composing. 
• The Proposed System is Developed, based on the concept of user friendliness in which every transaction is performed automatically. 
• At a time three files are import and export. 
• This System can shorten the time required for execution.

The e-Mail are stored Securely in Off line Mode, So that no other person can use. Background Feasibility Study are done for e-Mail Sending and Receiving. 

Importing and Exporting Files 

The e-Mail contains Text, Paragraph, Multimedia Content available in Files. The Files can be Imported and Exported, that is uploaded and Downloaded a File. The Company will receive all type of Data from Customer. So the Developing System is Easier for Handling Uploaded and Downloaded Files. Background Feasibility Study are done for uploading and downloading files. 

Document Conversion 

The email which is came will in different File Extension. The admin want to convert the file to the decided File Extension. The files are downloaded and Converted to other file extension. The Developing System will convert the Files efficiently and easily.
