Employee Selection by Self Assessment

Hiring a Candidate

One manager recently confided to us, “I don’t know much about wrongful terminations, but I sure have made some wrongful hires in my time!” the skills needed to manage employees effectively once they are on the job.  We review the skills needed to hire the right people, when the right person is in the right job.

Self Assessment for Interviewing Skills

There is no grading scale for this assessment.  If you circle a high number of “Yes” responses, you need to practice and learn effective interviewing skills.
