What is Effective Communication ?

Excellent Communicating

About Communication

Inner winners are excellent communications.  They listen effectively so that the other person feels heard and understood.  This is why people describe inner winners as great conversationalists.  By listening and understanding others first, inner winners are able to exert influence, persuade others, and enlist their aid in achieving goals and dreams.  Inner winners communicate their ideas in ways
that others can understand.

Communication  is only effective if the response you get from the listener is the response you desired.

If you don’t get the response you desired, your communication was not  effective.  Communication is also the key to success in all interpersonal relationships, both professional and personal.

Here’s how inner winners get to be effective communication.   They learn about the people with whom they will be communicating.  They learn about the other person’s speaking styles, word preferences, goals, desires and needs.  The inner winners give them just what they want.  Inner winners change their own communication style to match the style of the prospect, customer, buyer, colleague, boss, family member, or friend.
